We work hard to understand our clients’ needs and requirement in the desired product.

Providing the required parameters percentages such as Moisture, Protien, Gluten, Particle Size, Absorption and Ash in flour as per clients needs.

As flour intended to be used in Bakeries, Biscuit Factories, Pasta Factories and other purposes is different among each other. For example flour that is used to bake bread needs to have high percentage of protein which allows it to rise and achieve the quality of end product but it is not the case in other products such as Biscuits, Naan etc.

Parameter tested in State Of The Art Labs generating a lab report for clients as an evidence of their desired product.

Specific department at MFM deals with the customer queries and requirement, who then evaluate, categorize and provide best possible solutions.

Quality control initiates at the moment of wheat arrival to its storage and eventually to a process of cleaning and grinding that results into Wheat Flour and Wheat by products.

Careful selection of wheat dealers who provides the finest wheat.

Samples of wheat are taken for physical and chemical inspection before unloading.

Stored in a hygienic storage facility (pest and rodent proof) which is fumigated regularly.

Raw material section is separated from processed areas in order to avoid cross contamination.

Several samples are taken during the milling to ensure no foreign substance end up in the final product.

Hourly physical and chemical checking routine are in place of final products.

Finest qualities of bags are used which is fit for food safety.

It is all just to ensure the product is guaranteed for its quality and fit for human consumption.

Fire Protection Systems are successfully installed in the premises

Hygiene of food handlers ( wearing protective gear when coming in contact or near to the machinery or product)

Regular checkups for health of food handlers (in case they are having any infectious disease)

Wash Basins at different points have been installed to keep a clean environment around the facility.

Periodic interval inspection is conducted at storage areas of finished goods for avoidance of pest, rodents or any other environmental contamination.

Visitor Control Policy is in place for any person to visit the facility.

Electrical cables and wires are enclosed in conduit and maintained properly by available electricians 24/7 at MFM to avoid any mishap .

Milling machineries are periodically inspected and only the trained staff is permissible to operate .
